Formal letter

Dear Mrs Sykes,

I would like to apply for the job as a swimming teacher for children that you are offering.

I’m 17 years old, I live in Es Migjorn Gran and I have just finished my A levels studies.  I’m a good swimmer and I even have a title on swimming and I did a First Aid course last year, so I can solve a risk situation. I have worked as a babysitter, so I get on well with children and I can manage with them because I have a lot of energy.

For these reasons I think that I’m suitable for the job that you are offering. I’m flexible to any timetables and I can also work at weekends.  

I would like to have an interview with you and answer any questions that you may have.
